More hours in the day. Less holidays for customers!What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given?
‘Business is serious; however, you don’t always have to be serious in business’. We spend a huge amount of our lives working. It should be fun. If people are happy then productivity is higher. Employers retain good staff and the positivity of its people is reflected in the brand. I am a big believer that people buy from people.
If you had had a crystal ball, would you have done anything differently?
I think it’s important to focus on the future, we cannot change the past. However, if I could have done anything differently it would have been to fail faster, we learn the most from failing. Don’t be afraid of it.
Money’s not an issue, what’s your perfect car… and where would you like to drive it?
Mercedes SLS, round an F1 track with a heap of F1 cars breathing down your neck.
I am sure there has been a few, but none that I can recall right now.
