Apogee invests in employee training

Apogee has announced a further £250,000 investment in employee training. Designed to support employees at every stage of their career, the training combines role- specific coaching and mentoring with company-wide upskilling drives in IT and compliance. With the Apogee Learning Academy eLearning platform underpinning the upskilling effort, employees can also access 24/7 virtual courses and webinars that fit around flexible working patterns.

The company continues to accelerate its cultural transformation, with the investment marking a new chapter for the business and its people as they adapt and transition to the new post-pandemic shape of work. The recent appointment of Marion Brooks as Chief People Officer, accompanies this step change.

Apogee currently has over 50 job opportunities across the UK, Ireland, Jersey, and Germany. The company’s renewed focus on people and culture has opened a wealth of opportunities for developing talent, with the HR team growing in size to support key equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
