Apogee Corporation Ltd has agreed to acquire Kent-based Managed Print Service provider Direct-Tec Group. Formed in 2004 in Westerham, Kent, Direct-Tec is a provider of print, document and IT solutions for businesses and public sector organisations.
Direct-Tec is well established in the market as a provider of print, document and IT solutions with offices throughout the UK including Southampton, London, Tonbridge and Salisbury. Its experience within the education, healthcare, legal, charity and commercial sectors will help strengthen Apogee’s position and continued growth strategy in these areas. Combined with its Microsoft-certified staff and experience delivering services within both the print and IT environment, this further supports Apogee’s venture into Managed IT Services.

This is Apogee’s first acquisition since its change of ownership to HP Inc. in 2018.
