Union Street Technologies has added automated customer communications via email or SMS to its Affinity billing platform. The optional automated communications module helps communication providers meet certain regulatory obligations, such as the requirement to notify customers when their contract is coming to an end and advise them of the best renewal deals.
Resellers can modify templates with their company branding; personalise communications by merging customer information held in the Affinity database; segment their customer base to ensure customers only receive communications relevant to them; and schedule communications according to certain triggers e.g., a contract renewal date or overdue payment.
