Brother UK has launched a new next-day maintenance service for its industrial thermal printer range.
The new Brother ONSITE service is available for its TJ range of industrial label printers and is additional to its standard three-year return-to- base warranty. It guarantees that an engineer will visit the customer’s site the next working day if requested before 3pm to help bring devices back online. Cover is available for five or seven days a week.
Brother ONSITE’s additional cover is targeted at users with essential labelling needs. That includes retail and logistics businesses that have 24/7 warehousing operations, which require a faster turnaround to fix any device faults than what’s currently provided under standard warranties.
The new service aims to bolster channel partners’ offering to customers that require industrial labelling devices.
