Matthew Dixon has been appointed Head of Client Experience at Logixal. The new role was announced on the eve of the firm’s tenth anniversary, Dixon has been a member of the Logixal family since its inception in 2012.
Commenting on his new role Dixon said: “As the Head of Client Experience, my role is to communicate with our clients to ensure they are continually receiving the quality of service and support they deserve. I am the first point of contact for all our community of clients as well as the Account Manager.”
