Exertis has secured recertification of its ISO 9001 quality management accreditation.
Chief Operating Officer Richard Hinds said: “As a recognised standard worldwide, ISO 9001 gives our customers and partners confidence that we work to standards and procedures that will provide them with a high degree of quality and service. We attach great importance to quality and having that checked regularly by an independent organisation is evidence that customers are at the core of our business. In addition, an ISO 9001 certification is often a pre-requisite and minimum requirement for some of our vendors when they are considering suppliers or tendering for business opportunities.”
Subject to satisfactory annual reviews, certification is valid for three years and covers the goods in, customer services and accounts payable functions at Exertis.
