Exertis has named Jonathan Sutherland as Sales Director – Retail, in a move which expands his remit to cover all consumer sales.
Sutherland has been at Exertis for 14 years and has held the role of Sales and Commercial Director for Microsoft and Gaming, based in Exertis’ Harlow office, for the last 18 months.
One of the focuses of his new role will be to create cohesion and unity between the Basingstoke and Harlow sales teams, and to strategise how Exertis best structures the consumer sales business to maximise opportunities moving forward.
Mike Buley, Chief of Sales, said: “The teams at Harlow and Basingstoke will now report to Jonathan, who already has strong relationships with many of our customers. His leadership across consumer will ensure we benefit from best practices across teams, driven by his people-first approach and an easier escalation path for our customers. I wish Jonathan every success in his expanded role.”
