CONTACTCENTER4ALL has hired Cees de Jong as its new CEO. He succeeds Marcel Reuvers, former CEO and CC4ALL co-founder, who moves on to the main board after overseeing a period of continued expansion and market success for the company.
De Jong’s remit is to oversee the next phase of CC4ALL’s major growth as it expands internationally and introduces a range of next-generation solutions. He brings 20 years of successful leadership experience in the telecoms and wider IT market and has held various international management positions at Detron, Vancis and Atos, among others. He was previously a Senior Vice President of leading Dutch telco, KPN.
