Kofax has acquired Ephesoft, a move that will add to its intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions and go-tomarket channels. With global coverage and cloud solutions, the combined company will provide organisations with value-add solutions to accelerate deployments.

Kofax will continue supporting Ephesoft’s products and customers, and Kavas will continue leading Ephesoft’s organisational efforts.
