Konica Minolta is opening its Workplace Hub ecosystem to Windows OS in a bid to significantly increase flexibility of application support, whilst also ensuring compatibility with a wide range of Microsoft and other third-party solutions. The new products in the Workplace Hub portfolio based on the Windows OS will be Workplace Hub Smart and Workplace Hub Core.
Product Marketing Manager Phillip John, said: “This change increases our ability to meet demand for cloud capabilities whilst maintaining our flexibility in terms of meeting differing customer requirements. Customers can now choose to use these new products as part of their move to the cloud, use the existing products to keep their data on-premise or adopt a hybrid strategy.”
