Kyocera Document Solutions UK has again been accredited with ISO 27001 certification, recognising its commitment to the highest standards of information security management across the business. Carried out by DAS Certification, Kyocera has also received approval to add its company MCL to this year’s accreditation.
European Information Security Officer, Andrie Muchtar, said: “Passing this latest audit is a major milestone for the business. It gives our existing and future customers, as well as other stakeholders, further assurance and peace of mind that we are looking after their data responsibly. The accreditation has been a key reason why we have been able to build a high degree of trust and confidence amongst our channel partners that all information we process is protected to the highest possible standards.”
In addition to passing the latest audit, Kyocera is also Cyber Essentials Plus accredited. This means that the company is protected against some of the most common cyber threats facing businesses on a daily basis, which adds an additional layer of confidence that the business is going above and beyond to ensure data security.
