Kyocera invites partners to put technical expertise to the test

Kyocera Document Solutions UK has announced the launch of the Kyocera European Service Awards. Returning for the 12th year running, the awards will see talented technicians from across EMEA battle it out in a series of heats to be in with a chance of winning an all-expenses paid trip to Japan.

The Kyocera Service Awards are open to all technicians from any Kyocera contractual partner. The first stage, which needs to be completed by July 31 is an online test, which covers topics ranging from hardware and software problems with printers and multifunctional devices, to Kyocera’s product and service quality.

The UK’s best and brightest will then progress to the next stage and compete at a national level, before facing a final round of rigorous technical challenges at a two-day competition at Kyocera Europe’s head offices in Germany. The top three finalists will be rewarded with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Kyocera’s Vietnam or China Factory and a tour of Kyocera’s Headquarters in Osaka, Japan.
