Additional enhancements that feature in the release include: enhanced support for MacOS including a Mac Device Manager agent and upgrades for Catalina and Big Sur; a new MSI install package for Barracuda RMM Device Manager agent for Windows; improved alerting emails including site, device and alert configuration names in alert email subject lines; and improved searching of reports and more.
Jason Howells, VP, MSP International Sales at Barracuda MSP, said: “With our ongoing enhancements to Barracuda RMM, we are continuing to support MSPs by providing them with a solution to improve their security offerings as well as constantly looking at ways to improve our partner experiences to make sure they are keeping their customers secure in an ever-changing landscape. While many MSPs want to make security an integral part of their daily management and monitoring routine, they often run up against a lack of time, resources or internal expertise. The new enhancements to Barracuda RMM is helping them to keep their customers secure and to focus on what really matters to them.”
