Printer reseller Perfect Colours is set to offer clients an alternative to buying or leasing their print equipment with a straightforward rental initiative. The difference between the new rental package and the company’s traditional leasing offer is that customers can simply rent a new printer for a fixed monthly fee without the option to buy the equipment at the end of the three-year agreement.

Sales Director Jon Telling said: “This new rental agreement means that clients are able to take on the technology they want rather than the technology they can afford, without feeling tied into a long-term commitment that might turn into a purchase. The package also includes a warranty that runs for the three-year term of the agreement – and then when the time is up, they can hand the printer back to us and rent a newer model.”
The company has set its rental rates competitively, making this an option that will work out cheaper than most printers’ current solution. “It’s a solution that allows participants access to better technology with less of a commitment, so we feel it’s exactly right for the market at this time,” Telling added.
