Pinnacle received the Xerox Concessionaire of the Year 2018 award at the Xerox Year Start Congress for the UK & Eire, which took place at Celtic Manor Resort.
Group Managing Director Clive Hamilton, said: “This was a very unexpected but welcome surprise and I can only put the achievement down to all members of the staff within the business for all pulling together to turn 2018 around after what was a difficult start. A true team effort! We made some tough business decisions in 2018, however it is evident we were right to make them and are now seeing the results.”
