POPX, a specialist in digital transformation for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), is celebrating its strongest year to date, having won several new clients and recording annual recurring revenues over £3M.
POPX provides a fully managed and integrated MSP platform powered by ServiceNow. They work with customers to transform their service management operations by reducing the time and risk it takes to onboard them onto the platform. Last year, POPX won new MSP clients, including Arrow Business Communications, Focus Group and Red Helix.
The company has also grown its headcount considerably over the last twelve months, employing 35 members of staff across the UK, India and Serbia that provide fully managed services, software development, customer support and business development. Most recently they hired Martin Wood, a seasoned former ServiceNow Product Director, to the role of Chief Product Officer. On his appointment, Martin said: “POPX has been designed from the ground up to deliver the highest standard of service, facilitated by their agility. This rapid response capability allows for quick decision making that can disrupt the market.”
