Tech Data has launched an installation service for printers and multifunction devices that partners can use to offer more value to their end-user customers and drive additional services revenue. Provided by qualified and trained engineers, the end-to-end service includes options for pre-delivery inspection, testing, network installation and training.
Printers and MFPs can be delivered and installed as instructed and all waste packaging will be removed. Customers and partners will also have access to a dedicated support line with escalation to a Level 2 support desk included.
The installation service can be provided as part of a Tech-as-a-Service (TaaS) offering, allowing it to be paid for as part of a subscription package of products and services. It can also be offered alongside Tech Data’s OpenMPS managed print services proposition.
