Dean Chisholm

Logistics & Installation Services Provider of the Year “I can’t begin to tell you how proud we are of the whole team for winning Logistics and Installation Provider of the Year Award 2021!

“Although we have been operating for over 15 years this is the first industry award we have entered, so to win first time around really is a phenomenal result for us.

“I would really like to thank our team as without their positive attitudes, hard work and support over the years we wouldn’t have been recognised for the exceptional service we provide to our customers and the industry as a whole, to say we are over the moon with the award is a real understatement!

“We’re not letting the win go to our heads though as there is still plenty of opportunity to further develop and improve our service offering throughout 2022, so watch this space!”

Dean Chisholm, Managing Director, Tecserv

With changes in consumption habits and needs, we continued to deliver efficient and market leading service solutions to minimise disruption from COVID, Brexit and global logistics anxieties, to fuel the nation’s copiers, printers and workplaces.”

Daniel Hoile

Reseller/Dealer of the Year (Turnover up to £5m) “We are very happy and excited to have won – what a celebration of the growth journey we have been on as a company in the past 12 months. Logixal has undergone a year of transformation – digitally, brand-wise, our accreditations and level of excellence, new partners, new services – to take the business to the next level, to enable us to achieve our business objectives. “We’ve invested in our people, processes, our brand, infrastructure, new services, and cutting-edge technology. We’ve had to be agile and innovative in our approach to ensure we achieved. All of the changes have been driven by our culture to be the best we can be, as that in turn, enables us to be in the best position to nurture and support the growth of our clients.”

Daniel Hoile, Founder and CEO, Logixal

Richard Wells

MFP Line of the Year “Epson’s submission for MFP Line of the Year was simple – less energy, less waste, less intervention, higher speed, higher ink yields, and all-round better for the environment, the reseller and the end-user. This award not only confirms the success of our flagship range, the WorkForce Enterprise, but it validates the role of inkjet in the future of printing.

“For over two decades, Epson has committed to inkjet while many challenged its role in the office space. We now have a country-wide team dedicated to office print inkjet sales, we’ve commercialised sustainability in the UK together with our resellers, and our latest inkjet range has now trumped two laser alternatives from two strong brands in the PrintIT Awards.

“This award is a testament that Epson’s MFP line meets the highest standards for performance and for sustainability, and we look forward to delivering this future-proof proposition to more and more businesses.”

Richard Wells, Head of Sales for Office Print, Epson UK

Nicola De Blasi

Device Management Solution of the Year “The enthusiasm was intense, the thought immediately went to the team that had been waiting for a year and wanted this recognition. It was a 2021 of intense work both from the point of view of the development of new technologies, several integrations and marketing communication to increase brand awareness, positioning MPS Monitor 2.0 as the most modern and innovative platform on the market.

“Particular focus was given to the issue of security, most of the investments were aimed at ensuring the highest level of protection for customers who use our platform. Development, marketing, security and top-level innovation, so much work with passion…we thought we deserved the award. It’s here, we’re honoured and very proud.”
