We were delighted to (finally) announce the winners of the inaugural PrintIT Awards on February 11. From our perspective, running the inaugural PrintIT Awards in the midst of a pandemic has been interesting to say the least… but like so many of the businesses in this industry, we too had to pivot to keep things moving.
So, as COVID-19 meant meeting in person was off the table, we pulled out all the stops, and used every bit of technology in our arsenal to ‘meet’ with the awards’ sponsors and everyone who made the shortlist, prior to the big reveal.
We were thrilled to engage comedian, writer and actor Tom Allen to host the awards event and announce the worthy winners. Congratulations to everyone who made the shortlist and to the individuals and companies that earned both a winner and highly commended accolade.
The entire team is very much looking forward to shortly announcing details of the 2021 edition – watch this space! And we have everything crossed following the government’s announcement on February 22 that we will be able to hold a glittering awards do and celebrate in person later this year.
On a final note, we’d also like to extend our apologies to Ethos Group who made the shortlist in the Dealer of The Year (Turnover in excess of £5m) category. We inadvertently featured an incorrect company logo in the awards brochure, we’ve now corrected this in the digital edition.
