EKM Insight Fleet Service Manager allows multi-client fleets of print and imaging equipment from corporate enterprises to SMEs to be remotely managed and distributed.
The module is made up of three parts which work in cohesion to reduce costs for the channel and increases the speed in which end-users are helped. Using augmented reality, technicians no longer need to travel to be on location for end-user support, saving time; there is a significant reduction in the time between service requests
