This strategic acquisition strengthens SBSUK’s position in the IT market by providing a more sophisticated suite of integrated solutions for the workplace and further enhances its status as a digital transformation provider.
Complete I.T. has over 25 years’ experience providing a wide range of market leading IT support services and cloud solutions. It was recently awarded ‘Managed Service Provider of the Year’ by CompTIA, and named as one of the world’s most elite managed service providers in Channel Futures MSP Worldwide 501 rankings, proudly ranking second in the UK. A fast growing business, Complete I.T. has 170 people spread over a network of five offices across the South of England in High Wycombe, Swindon, Bristol, London and Peterborough.
The acquisition of Complete I.T. is part of Sharp’s on-going mission to help its customers create their own workplace of the future and support it’s channel partners’ growth ambitions through further diversification of products and services.
Complete I.T. will continue to operate as an independent business under its own brand name.
