Barracuda Networks has announced several key product milestones and sales growth achievements for its MSP business, which was accelerated by the increasing number of MSPs adding security to their services portfolio.
Driven by the acquisition of SKOUT Cybersecurity for extended detection and response (XDR), new integrations for Barracuda RMM, and the introduction of zero trust network access (ZTNA) capabilities for managed service providers through Barracuda CloudGen Access, annual recurring revenue for Barracuda MSP grew 70% year-over-year at the end of Q2 FY2022.
“The recent acquisition of SKOUT Cybersecurity, as well as our continued innovation in the RMM and CloudGen space, has enabled us to expand our security offerings to MSPs across the globe,” said Jason Howells, VP, MSP International Sales at Barracuda MSP.
“We know that MSPs need to be more security-centric moving forward, and with our momentum building in this landscape we’re hoping to be able to assist our partners and their customers on that journey. At Barracuda MSP we are continuing to grow with the support of our amazing partners and we’re excited to see what the future holds after a stellar year,” he added.
