Tech Data has recently acquired the specialist hosted platform provider Advanced Technology Trading (ATTCo) and its subsidiary EKM Global Limited (EKM).
The transaction accelerates the distie’s ability to offer innovative and flexible technologyas-a-service and remote service automation enablement to its IT ecosystem partners. ATTCo’s online platform – which is fully integrated with Tech Data’s ecommerce tools and connects with a growing list of recognised finance partners – enables end customers to manage a fully automated, cost effective, easy-to-manage, end-to-end process for hardware, software and services subscriptions. Meanwhile, the EKM solution enables partners to remotely manage printing and imaging device fleets at scale on behalf of partners’ end-user customers.
