Following the integration of its technical resources, resellers can now call on the services of an expanded team of technical experts to assist in identifying and proposing solutions and delivering professional services to end-user customers. This includes a dedicated pre-sales team aligned to solutions integrators and MSPs, in addition to professional services and service desk teams who can provide a range of services to and on behalf of partners, as well as24/7 support cover on key vendor technologies.
