Tech Data has extended its NAS portfolio by signing a distribution partnership with QNAP, a provider of business-class, network-attached storage (NAS) devices. The agreement gives partners an additional set of NAS options to take to mid-range and enterprise customers who need fast, efficient, and easy-to deploy storage solutions.
It gives QNAP partners in the UK access to Tech Data’s specialist support, stock holding, finance, online systems, and logistics capabilities. This will enable them to maximise their opportunities with the increasingly popular QNAP range.
Adam Lee, Business Unit Manager, Global Computing Components (GCC), Europe, Tech Data, said: “With the boom in hybrid and home working, demand for enterprise-class storage solutions that are quick and easy to deploy and manage has been escalating. QNAP has a great reputation and is a valuable addition to our portfolio. It means we can offer our partners more NAS options and that they, in turn, can extend their reach and potential with NAS. It’s a great opportunity, both for current partners and those who are new to QNAP.”
