Here at Tecserv we just wanted to let you all know that our current service status is “Business as Usual” so please feel free to submit work via our customer portal, if you do not have access to the portal you are more than welcome to email you enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of the team will be in contact to confirm and process the booking on your behalf.
- All of our staff are closely following government guidelines with regards to cleanliness and social distancing to help minimise the spread of the virus where possible.
- All of our depots are still accepting inbound stock and processing between 09:00hrs to 14:00hrs Monday-Friday, if this does change for any reason we will advise accordingly.
- We are still offering green button training to end users however if this in refused we will make a note on the paperwork to reflect the request as we appreciate they may not want to be close to other people at this moment in time.
We hope the above efforts help to reduce and contain the spread of the virus but ultimately we plan to continue trading throughout the pandemic unless we are advised to do otherwise,
