Dual-collaboration room system

Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe’s new dual-collaboration room system combines two displays, an interactive one and an identically designed non- interactive one, into a comprehensive user-friendly system. It is ideally suited for meeting and collaboration environments, whether for fully present or hybrid team meetings. With a sleek and elegant design, the display solution seamlessly fits into modern office spaces.

The Du-Co Room System is the first solution on the market to combine a touch and non-touch display identical in design and mechanics into one set-up. When working with an interactive and a non-interactive display in a dual- screen scenario, users no longer need to compromise between design and functionality. With the Du-Co Room System, users not only benefit from a visually pleasing solution but also an enhanced usability. Equipped with an InGlass touch display, the system offers a best-in-class pen-on-paper writing experience. Optimised for video conferencing (VC) room systems, the display solution facilitates creative processes in hybrid meetings, such as in Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Billing consultancy service

Union Street Technologies has launched a new consultancy service to help reseller partners maximise the revenue potential of their customer base whilst driving down costs. The ProfitaBILLity service will review billing processes; identify areas where revenue is being lost and margins could be increased; highlight instances of mis-billing or overspending that should be corrected; and explain how Union Street software can automate parts of the billing and ordering process and ensure no revenue is missed when provisioning new products and services.

Chief Financial Officer Kevin O’Brien said: “Channel businesses are faced with a very hard choice of balancing rising costs with winning and maintaining customers in a highly competitive and price-sensitive market. Enhancing the billing process is something that’s perfectly possible for most resellers, but it can be a resource-hungry exercise. The ProfitaBILLity service offers a convenient and cost-effective way for resellers to outsource this task to Union Street.”
