With the launch of its new workspace reservation system, Zoom is helping organisations to equip offices and workspaces with flexible solutions that empower hybrid teams, encourage employee socialisation, and close the distance between the office and the remote workspace.
Accessible as a Zoom App or through a web browser, the latest addition to Zoom’s platform enables hybrid teams to book office workspaces and resources in advance or on arrival, either at a kiosk in the reception area or by scanning QR codes at specific meeting rooms or hot desks. The solution also enables users to see who else will be in the office on a given date and view seating locations on office floorplans.
